So, Diann went to her lovely Doctor today. I say lovely because I think she is one of the greatest human beings I have ever known. I am pretty picky when it comes to people messing around with my body and my life, lol and she has been absolutely a dream come true for a woman such as myself. Lovely, lovely person and Physician. Great healer, great listener, beautiful to boot and I just adore her. She has been my PCP for about 18 or 19 years now. We had a wonderful time talking. Since Ive known her she has had two sons graduate and become Great healers as well and one will be marrying in December. She is so excited and it was a delight to watch her in all of her sweet, demure excitement today. She loves how well I have been taking care of myself all of these long years and she knows that I am perfectly imperfect and even sometimes very funny. I make her giggle. Shes extremely conservative and I love that about her. Conservative in the sense shes not a pill pusher and she really reads people very well. Shes a very observant woman and can read a person well. I love that about her as well. Ive been feeling absolutely wonderful for all that I have gone through the past 4 yrs + and she sees me coming out the other side of hell. It has been a struggle beyond belief and I am grateful that I have had the love and support from my family and my true friends through all of these past years just as she is over the loss of her beloved best friend and Sister who also was a Healer...They were in the middle of construction on their absolutely beautiful office when her Sister was killed in a car accident. She had her two Children with her at the time. Fortunately they were uninjured. That side of the very large office has always remained empty and I know why. This happened approximately 3 years into me seeing her for the first time. Anyway, back to my good ol Doc...I told her of a gift I had purchased her 16 years ago but never had the nerve to give to her because I just didnt feel as if it were good enough for her. I told her the story about this piece that was hand made, signed and dated and explained what it looked like and she sounded over the moon happy to accept my gift. I told her it has the most glorious women in relief for around it, that they all appear to be middle eastern like herself and that one in particular had always reminded me of her so that was the way I always insisted on it facing. She actually said that made her feel very special and was nearly blushing though shes too dark skinned, lol! When she returns from India I will be seeing her in January and CANNOT wait to hand it to her. I think shes going to LOVE it as much as I always have. Its large and heavy at 16 tall. Tell me what you think about it because it holds such special meaning for me. Below are a few pics.
