So....Donald J. Trump is available to run. Rob Astorino does not want to step aside? Fine. How does it not benefit We The People to have Trump in the race? Follow my thinking here. If Trump wins a primary, which he will, he is Trump and can easily beat Cuomo. If he loses the primary, which I strongly doubt, but if he loses? Astorino becomes a giant killer and will have the interest of the whole country and the cash that goes with it. Why should We The People fear such a scenario? I am not seeing a down side here. p.s. Who gets to chose our candidate? Three men in a room or We The People? I do not nor would I never chose to back a candidate who is broke and unknown & with out the resources to fight the good fight. Why should I or anyone capitulate to what we honestly believe amounts to a suicide race? Simply put, I am not all about protecting Cuomo. This race as it stands amounts to just that. NO thank you!
