So Ed Day states WE are the ones being political? I couldnt even see this political stunt coming. Vetoing a tiny amount of spending and then saying look folks THEY are raising taxes? While maybe some of these cuts may be looked at in the future, this is not the way to make them. Do the hard work you were elected to do Mr. Day, review each department, review each agency- then come to us with your proposed findings. Then we can decide together what will happen. Thats how government works. You have 3 years to create a better process and a better product. PS: These cuts are pure politics as usual, they amount to a $7 per year savings. yes $7 PER YEAR. A symbolic gesture at best.
