So.... Four out of the Top 5 Happiest Countries on this planet, have a population who pay some of the highest payroll taxes in the world (60%+) in exchange for free healthcare for life, free education for life and free childcare in almost all places of work. They also never came close to recession and one of them, Norway, has the highest savings account registered for a Nation: currently $750BILLION dollars on stand-by (& accruing interest daily), if they need to pay for anything. Maybe someone from Washington should pop over for a little chat....
