So, God took us on an amazing adventure. He asked Kelly to teach violin in Kenya. Simultaneously, Moses Omolo had been asking the Lord to send teachers of the violin. Moses is the director of music at the Kenya Baptist Theological College. He is in charge of music development in the churches. Twenty-five years ago stringed instruments werent allowed in the churches. Last week, seventeen pastors, teachers, principals, and worship leaders from all over Kenya convened to learn the violin. What they learned in one week was astonishing. By weeks end they had learned eight songs. Some played in church on Sunday. We are grateful for all the support given to us.
