So Grateful to my parents, George Serban & Rita Serban for teaching me me creative parenting. For the past two days, I have been keeping the strawberry lemonade pitcher full, but when I go to get a glass, there is only lonely strawberries sitting at the bottom of the pitcher. Instead of getting mad, I sat down and wrote this poem and taped it to the pitcher. Tomorrow we will see what happens... Hello There, Let me introduce myself I am a Large Ole’ Pitcher So strong and tall and proud But I am only designed To sit ever so quietly Caring for your quenchable drinks Though I have a nifty handle And one cool lookin’ lid, I possess no hidden talents No magic wand or Wizard Hat To change myself into A bottomless pit So when you pour yourself a cold one And see my bottom a bit exposed Won’t you bring me a bit of modesty And help the ole’ Pitcher before you go Only 7 scoops of lemonade powder Or 1 and 1/3 cup of Lemon Ice Tea A few frozen strawberries, Or perhaps several peach slices oh my I think would be very appreciated For your next parched family member Seeking me.
