So Gregs birthday is 18 June and apparently his mommy always makes a big deal out of it! But shes not going to be here, so he wants cake and a song and a bunch of other crap. I gotta be honest emotionally I checked out halfway through the ramble, weve all been there right, but I kept smiling and nodding my head like I cared. And then in the middle of his sob story I thought of the quote from my father that: Wayne Gretzky couldnt tie Gordie Howes skates and I thought how lucky I was to have a Newfie as a father, because he is as solid as the Rock he hails from! And as I came round wasnt Greg still going on about his birthday and Greanda and on and on. So anywho, sorry to ramble but if anyone gets the chance can they give a Happy Birthday shout out to Greg from Grenada on or near his birthday 18 June. Thanks!
