Do not count on your kids health. Life can change in a minute, be proactive about what you feed them and allow them to do. 3. Your mind is like white paint. If you keep putting junk in it, it will turn gray and it takes years to change it back. Protect your mind and your kids mind. 4. Pray a lot. Pray for others, they need it, even if they do not think so. 5. Serve people even when you dont feel like it. 6. Expect the best but always prepare for the worse. 7. Really sit down with your loved ones and determine what is most important to you. 8. WE do not get a DO OVER. 9. Dont think that your friends will always be there for you. You will find that when tragic things come, the ones you thought would be there will not and the ones you did not think will. Choose wisely where you spend your time.
