So. Heres the verdict on the VW: It is now my project car. Needs a new head, piston, tires, and belts. Tuesday we are fixing Matthews car and getting it road legal. It will be our main driver. We dont NEED two cars on the road right now. This is me being forced to have the main car be one easy for Matthew to deal with. Have to get a caliper, rotor, door locks, ignition lock, and other minor items from the U-pull. Needs a tune up and an oil change, plus at least a couple tires, and a new flex pipe section. I can get most of this done Tuesday and be up and running that night with a car for us, which will allow Mary Perry to have their car back. My car is dependent on a new head and piston. It can be fixed, but no rush. Itll get done RIGHT. May as well do new rings and do all the seals while Im at it. Ill tell you what. Im not bragging, Im stating the obvious. Im a VERY resilient person. I keep having crazy, crazy stuff happen, and I just take it like nothing now. Been through so much that this is just a little rice cake that Ill eat in the morning. Its all good, nothing but a peanut, a great saying from a friend. Jeep is still up for sale, the time pressure is removed, now I can fix it and prepare the entire care properly.
