So I am a first time chicken owner. My 18 ladies started laying a few months ago. I was so excited that I hoarded eggs. Oh we ate bunches but i didnt even want my kid taking a dozen to a friend!! I was afraid of running out or something, I dont know. Weeellllllll now I have 12 dozen in the fridge and I am getting 12 to 14 eggs a day! LOL A) does everyone go thru this phase? Am I going to hyperventilate if I sell 6 or eight dozen? (hahaha j/k) B) do any of u freeze excess eggs, and how do u do it ?
