So I am a little high strung and have a gut. So two days ago I went back into the routine I did last time I lost 40 Lbs. First thing in the morning I get a 16 )0z bottle of water and drink it. I keep water flowing all day though my body. I eat a pretty decent breakfast. then meditate and relax my mind. I try to Breath right as much as possible all day. I have my own business and make A LOT on the weekends So I have TOO much extra time but thats about to change. By next week I will have the same business going during the week. Still I will exercise everyday. Eat Lean protein, Fish Chicken and maybe Low fat Beef LEAN beef. Veggies and carbs. Carbs are Brn rice oatmeal along with a vitamin pack. I have been back at it ONE day. I am a new man. I will never stop again. I have done this 3 other times in my life and stopped. This time at 47 its for the rest of my life. -
