So I am currently on an endeavor to lose weight. I started three weeks ago just changing my diet. Instead of getting a large some fast food, and drinking nothing but diet soda , Im eating a salad every day for lunch, and portion controlled meals the rest of the day. Plus mostly drinking water. So far Im down 17lbs. Also I noticed I have way more energy, and I am not feeling as stiff Once I reach a plateau with nutrition. , I plan on incorporating a exercise plan. I just hope my work schedule continues to be consistent so I can. Hoping I can lose 60lbs by February I will settle for thirty though.
