So, I am home from the "Incident Response to Terrorist Bombing" training in Socorro, New Mexico. This was a course dealing with pre-detonation and post-detonation of a bomb for First Responders. What did I learn? 1. "See something, say something." 2. "Shielding and distance are your friends." 3. Protect yourself, then others. 4. Maintain the integrity of physical evidence as best you can. But most importantly...... 5. If I see a bomb, I will call 911, tell those around to get out of the way, and I will RUN! LOL
