So I am traveling 80 eastbound leaving Iowa and I see a state trooper sitting in his car on top of the bridge overlooking 80 with a set of binoculars. Then just around the bend there are to state trooper cars parked along the shoulder. My best guess is they are looking out for people that are texting and driving so they can either issue them citations or tickets. These guys are pretty wicked out this way. Not long ago I seen a variety of people within a two hour drive that had to completely empty out their cars on the shoulder. I wonder if this is something new or has this happened to people all along?
