So I been workin my tail off 7 days a week and got paid today... then I pay two bills with my Card it goes thru then I try to pay the water bill 4 times it said declined! I check my account... $3 !!! Long story short the water company charged my card over $430 after it said declined.. SMDH! Now I gotta go to the water company and get a bunch of crap faxed to my master card wth!! I said wth am I suposed to do with $3 , sir im sorry for your inconvenience he says, lol what a damn day
