So I bought this book called The Highly Sensitive Child because I thought it would be insightful in regards to one of my children. Turns out, ALL of my children, to one degree or another are highly sensitive. AND all this time, all these years, when I have thought Im just not a people person or Im just moody, turns out Im a Highly Sensitive Person. When I think HSP, I dont think ME. I think Teressa, but not me. But now I know. HSP thats me....and my kids :)
