So I called Senator Schumers office in Melville to get his opinion on what he thinks our policy should be against ISIS... since last week they were the worst threat ever to the US and suddenly General Dempsey says today they are a regional threat and do not yet pose a danger to the US.. so are we suppose to believe that the threat has changed since last week....and are we suppose to believe that our intelligence is so good that we can track those with western passports...that we can protect the US even though we have an open border...So I told him this is not a right or left issue that this is a national issue...that he should know damn well that the biggest target would once again be NY and that we should not have to live through something like that again because of politics...that he needed to go back to Washington and get the rest of them in Washington to start acting like Americans instead of worrying about their base and getting re-elected...because I am not interested in watching them all sing Kumbaya on the capital steps after, if there is a capital left....
