So I came across this video (watch from 2:06) and I couldnt image what it would be like to be diagnosed with ALS (or motor neurone disease). Anyway, I watched the video and decided to do something a little more than just pour a lukewarm tub of water over my head (*cough* Amina *cough* ) and, instead, I filled up my bath with cold water, threw in 10kg of ice and let it cool for a while. Most of the ice had melted as you can see but it was still VERY cold. I donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association and hope you all could do the same.
