So, I counted to 10 and lived my life. Yesterday I sent the email that I had drafted on Thursday. The suggested Pioneer Presenter called within the hour and apologized for being hasty, petty, and judgmental. Her words. Said that my communication skills were first class; true leader; worthwhile initiative...all the right words. Good on her. I graciously accepted her apology and compliments and re-extended the invitation. She not so graciously declined. Her perfect right. I have yet to hear from her friend who created the misunderstanding in the 1st place. You win some and lose some. Cest la vie! You can be the sunlight in the universe.
