So I deliberately did without Facebook for 7 days.....(actually deactivated my account) Mixed emotions about it....I missed checking in and seeing photos....etc. I did not miss all the false political stuff. It made me notice how plugged in we have become and how at the same time, how anti-social we have become....At dinner out the other night watched a family of five sitting at a table in a restaurant....all on their individual devices ignoring each other for the most part. I will definitely make a conscious effort to unplug daily.
