So I did a bunch of cooking over the weekend and forgot to take pictures of finished products throughout the weekend but had fun cooking all weekend for sure. Friday was mexican night with BLT Chicken Tacos, shredded beef tacos and Mexican Hot Dogs and Saturday was time to do some pickling and baking and yesterday was about gooey, gluten filled baked mostaccioli and today is back to being good with a chicken salad and a pretty potent homemade basil peppercorn vinaigrette. BTW if anyone needs fresh basil please let me know I have a bush that loves to produce. Small leaves not big ones.
