So I did another 3 mile event last night-free shirt, but I just wasnt feeling it, my knee buckled up 3 txs & thought I was gonna fall, wasnt a good run. After taking a hot shower I vomit until my stomach was empty. Bebe made me cereal, got sick on that also. Went to clinic today, had signs of fatigue & sinus infection, due to allergies, prolly from running outside. Got 2 painful shots & antibiotics. Good side, my grandaug stayed with me & we both fell asleep. Allen with us also:).
