So I did end up combining the Russian olives with the wild rose - TopicsExpress

So I did end up combining the Russian olives with the wild rose hips for jelly, and it turned out wonderful. Now Im kind of stuck on labeling, since Ill be gifting to non foragers and likely selling at the farmers market, I dont want people reading the label and expecting an olive flavor. Does it have other common names that would sound more appealing? Keep in mind Im talking E. angustifolia, not E. umbellata, so Sam Thayers name autumn berry may be misleading. Also goes by oleaster, but, does that sound like something you eat?
