So I did some work beginning of this month through a third party. On the day of payment the third party in question only asked me to collect his property from the the place of work. When Payment was mentioned there was no comment, There was not even confirmation of receiving my invoice. after a week of attempting to contact said person he stated he was not in a position to call me but was still waiting payment, so that he could pay myself. I only attempted contact once in the week that followed. As of yesterday I tried contacting the third party who has since placed a call divert on my number. I am still able to try ringing him via my land line. My invoice does state 30 days but surely its good grace to acknowledge your contracted staff and discuss payment etc. And surely ignoring the freelance staff that you have employed is really bad form. Any advice?
