So... I didnt get that job :( They said Creatively, you were the best. But technically, were looking for someone a little more well versed. Excuse me? So basically, you throw me in at the deep end with unfamiliar software AND hardware, put me in a position where everything is an uphill battle, barely give me ANY instructions or guidance, yet I STILL crack on without so much as a single gripe, AND get to grips with everything well enough in the short time limit to totally ACE all four tasks better than the other candidates, and you DONT want to hire me?! Ok then... You can ALWAYS learn new software, but you cant teach someone CREATIVITY. In a week, Id know those technical details like the back of my hand. But you know what? Thats fine. If they dont wanna hire someone who, by their own admission, produced the best results through, on my own admission, doing it waaaay outside my comfort zone, then I dont wanna work for such clueless morons anyway. Knew Id made a mistake by falling in love with the job, silly douche... :(
