So I didnt get to see the whole game vs. Stoke but I saw the second half. Few things I took out of the game. 1. Although I think Juan Matta is too soft and slow for Uniteds attack and more of a passenger when defending, he continues to produce and is quietly putting in the shifts that could easily make him a first choice player. 2. Chris Smalling needed that STUPID RED Card and the verbal lashing he received from the Gaf, his teammates and the United nation, cuz he has been solid the last 2 games since coming back. 3. Ashley and Herrera along with Valencia are putting in very good shifts and I see them really taking to what is being asked of them. Herrera just seems to calm the midfield and Rooney is in form, goals have many sources. 4. With a healthy back line with 1 or 2 additions in the back (Vidic and Godin). Yes Vidic is older his experience and grit would be good for the you defenders to play with. Godin still has a bit more of him. He knows the big stag, he has been there. Tough as any, scores goals as a defender and is good at with ball at his feet, another good to have the young defenders play with. 5. 70% OF THE WORLD IS COVERED BY WATER THE REST BY DAVID DE GEA. 6. Dare I say it, with this we can challenge Man City for 2nd place, which would be higher than I expect (4th) for them to finish.
