So I dozed off and had a terribly rude awakening! I woke up panicking because apparently I was choking...and gasping for air. I wasnt coughing, just struggling for air. I went to the bathroom to get some water, figured in my panic that would make things worse so I didnt. Tried to cough but couldnt catch my breathe enough to do that..... Tried to slow my breaths down but panicked more because I needed air...then thought what would I do if it was my kids? So I slapped myself in the chest very hard lol...light taps wasnt cut it...and the more I hit, the better I could breathe. Phew...needless to say I am ok but my ribcage hurts from the way I was really trying to breathe! That ever happen to you? #scary #couldntbreathe #wtf #timetogetup
