So I drop of my fmla papers 4months ago ,I called today and she tells me that the forms are not filled out because I have to pay $25 per page. Are u kidding me!!!!!! So she pops a attitude at me because I told her that it wasnt right that I have to pay $150 for some papers to give my job and it takes the doctor 5 mins to do. And also it took 4months for yall to me tell me this. I told her that every time I call off when my hubby is sick yall with give a form to give my job just to show Im taking care of my hubby because your lack of communication Jesus take the wheel and drive it!!!!!!! Then she had the nerve to tell me that it will not be process until I pay my doctor charges. I said yall didnt send me a bill, Jesus give me peace right now in my life right now because Keke is slowly approaching. My hubby will be healed in the name of Jesus!
