So ... I drove to Walgreens and then was about to stop for gas when I got stuck at a light and noticed a spider web strand gleaming in the street light across my moonroof. I brushed it away and, when I looked in my review mirror, I saw the spider - crawling upside down all around the ceiling of my car!!! I rolled down all the windows, in hopes that he would gtfo of my car, but ... no. So, we ride together to the gas station where I unsuccessfully attempt to remove him from my car. At this point, I am swearing out loud and most likely appear totally crazy, so this security guy comes up with a flashlight and helps me look for the spider. We did not find the spider so he walked back to his post in front of the gas station entrance and I accepted and made peace with the reality of the situation - that I would have to drive home with a spider on the loose in my car. I got home and still couldnt find him, so I am hoping that he is not spinning a web all up in there ... and also hoping that he is definitely a he so there will be no chance of baby spiders being birthed in my car. Seriously. This is my life.
