So I figured I had better be productive today, instead of just playing with rocks, and headed down to the basement to do some organizing. Guess what I found? Yes. More rocks. Who woulda thunk?? LOL One chunk was a souvenir piece from heaven knows when, from the Black Hills; I got it for $.50 at the thrift store. Its stones stuck in a chunk of what appears to be plaster of paris; there was a shell glommed in front, with Black Hills stamped on it in black script, and a cheesy plastic deer embedded behind it - been soaking it in vinegar to loosen it up; the shell and a piece of rose quartz have been freed...well see what the rest of it is!
