So, I figured if my 90-year-young Daddy can go to the Wellness Center and workout, then I certainly should be able to.....WRONG!!! I went Wednesday morning before my doctor appointment and met Daddy there. I then went to work. I went yesterday around noon, came home, went to dinner with 4 great friends.. Then, I went today at 10 a.m., went to Wal-Mart for necessities after that, came home and collapsed. Im so sore!!! Daddy worked out longer than I did each of those days (I stayed about 45 minutes to 1 hour each day), but then he went to the golf course all three days and played golf all afternoon!! I.....will.....not.....quit.....(maybe).
