So I finally put together a progress pic!! I have soo many ladies inquiring on how to build them glutes up. Im telling you, you must lift them weights to get it. Barre classes will tone and lift but as far as really building it......WEIGHTS!!! This is about 5 months of me hitting the weights and not worrying about the # on the scale. Honestly, I havent even been consistent until the last month or so.
