So I finish compiling the volumes of necessary documents to provide our accountant for 22013 income tax. Thanks easy I.R.S. it only took me two weeks. Happy and elated I took a ride to my nearby convenience store (QT) to get a cold drink and fill-up on gasoline. I see this woman pull up to get gas in a lets say an older, barely running car. She has two small children in car seats in the back seat. She goes inside and I follow. She pre-pays in assortment of bills and coins $10.00. I purchase my drink and follow her. At $3.45 a gallon you can imagine how long it took her to pump and squeeze the last drops. As she is putting the gas cap in place I walk over to her and said excuse me mam She looks at me and in a short irritated voice she says what do you want? Mam would you allow me to fill your gas tank? I said. She starts smiling from ear to ear and says sure So I put my credit card in, entered my pin number and handed her the filling nozzle. fill it up I said and walked away to my vehicle. A short time later I notice her walking toward me and before she said a word I said promise me you will smile the rest of the day No thanks necessary She says to me with tears rolling down her cheeks I will god bless you. After she left I rode around to the pump she was using to see the total and it was $29.81. That was the best feeling. Want to have some fun give it a try. Ive been smiling ever since.
