So I found out tonight that, much to my surprise, Satan is a musical demon. In fact music played a big part in his history; prior to his rebellion, he led the Heavenly choir, for example. Knowing this made me realize something: since I had been listening to Marilyn Mansons music, I began having more negative thoughts on a daily basis. I definitely felt prominent anger, and would often reflect on negative aspects of the past. I suspect that theres more to the mans music than it just being music, and in fact hes serious when he says its serving the enemy. And even if this is coincidence, and in fact music is music, that doesnt change the fact that Manson has had a negative impact on me. So Im gonna have to distance myself from his stuff, and embrace alternative music. Fortunately I know several bands that can replace his.
