So I found some interesting memorabilia the other day while I was trying to clean out a storage closet. It took me by such surprise as I was not expecting to find this treasure of junior high school memories. I have to credit my mother for saving the box filled with papers, letters, cards and old scrapbook and tickets from rock concerts that we attended at the Cleveland stadium ($7.00 - $12.00 ea.). However among all these items I found the original copies of 2 Roehm Junior High Hi-Lites. Does anyone remember these? If you were on the Hi-Lite Staff, you probably remember working on stories and assembling the newspaper. So instead of finishing my cleaning project, I sat in the closet and poured over all the articles and such. Im sure there are few of you that have found yourself lost in a closet full of memories like I did :) With the heart breaking news of our fellow classmate and friend Ann Chadowski, I thought it would be nice to share an article she wrote for the paper. I have many others I will share in the future but for now - enjoy this little one from Ann and remember all the smiles she gave to us all!
