So I get a call the other day from the folks who are doing transportation for Bonnaroo and they want me to drive a shuttle for them. Truth be told, somehow I got the email address to one of the guys who has the concession for shuttling the staff to and from the event. Ive been bugging him since last June about hiring me to drive but I thought he blew me off when he didnt reply 2 weeks ago when I asked if I still had a shot. Then a couple of days ago I get a call from someone with his company asking if I still wanted to drive for them. Since then its been constant emails about paperwork and scans of ID and also I had to take a test for the promoters company to see if I could remember to be nice and help people. Hmm, kinda tough but Ill try. Anywho, 4 days of driving staff back and forth 12 hours a shift. At least the pay is decent and the work isnt tough. Now, lets see if we get dust or mud this year.
