So I get called out to remove a snake out of a pit which seemed to have a collapsed roof (approx 6 deep X 6 long x 3 wide feet). Couldnt see it when I arrived on site but saw something that looked like a sort of drain tunnel. Lady indicates that it is fine. If its gone we should leave it and shed use a windbuks to kill it if they see it again.... mmmm. Nope, Ill rather see if I can find it under all the rubbish since it seems it would not be able to get out and eventually starve to death. Aw shame she says (huh!! in my mind). Had to push the rest of the collapsing soil in so I get in safely and after about 5 minutes of scratching around an exhausted Rinkhals made its appearance. Well, at least it did not have to die an excruciating forever death with the use of a Windbuks. Holding onto it just to re hydrate and have something to eat before sending it on its way as it seems it spent a bit of time in the pit.... No hood or any attempt to defend
