So I go and do an estimate today and its rather large job. I take a 8.5x11 note pad on every estimate and I begin drawing and taking the 6000 measurements that go with it. I walk through the yard with the customer first and take notes. After going around 4 times and doing my whole thing, I run everything by the customer to make sure I miss nothing. The customer turns to me, shakes my hand, tells me Im extremely professional and tells me the guy who came yesterday was told to leave because he did none of this and then asked the cust. what was the job worth to him to have done!!! Doesnt seem like the competition is that tough this year. Lol!!!!
