So I go out of work for 2 or 3 weeks for surgery on my knee. I got my short term disability papers today in which I hope not to use. It the usual stuff information and portion for the doctor to fill out a job discription and what activities you are expected to do such as walking, standing, lifting, bending and such. Shocklenly I dont need a reminder of my job duties or activities I know what my responsibility is, but I will be sure to keep the page and show other staff that it is a requirement to stand and walk frequently and only sit occasionally, like some do.
