So I go to the dentist for the first time in fifteen years today, last time was 1998 when I was a kid, and despite smoking cigs, occasional weed, drinking coffee always, drinking energy drinks, almost never flossing only brushing twice a day and not having a cleaning in 15yrs i had 1, count em 1 cavity, and it was a little one easy to fix..... So yeah apparently drinking 3 gallons of milk a week keeps the teeth strong!!
