So I got Vice President: External Affairs The Vice President- External Affairs, being the Chief Custodian of the SRC Constitution, shall: a) Deputise the President and act as President in the absence of the President. b) Assist the President in the external work of the SRC. c) Be the Chairperson of the SRC Constitutional Committee. d) Be the chairperson of the SRC Vacation Committee. e) Serve as Protocol Officer when the SRC invites and coordinate the hosting of Very Important People (VIPs) and external bodies. f) Liaise with other universities and coordinate the hosting of other SRCs. g) Summon any SRC member or its sub-structure to account for his or her actions/ activities in conjunction with the Presidency. h) Keep the SRC informed about current affairs issues.
