So I got a letter in the mail from the attorneys office retained for my personal injury suit again Mirena and it states that they want to dismiss my case without prejudice because upon completion of reviewing my medical records they determind I did not have surgery to remove the IUD that preforated its way into my abdomen....I do not know the jackass that read my medical records but I have been paying on a $10k preexisting medical condition bill from having surgery to remove an IUD that was in my abdomen...so im pretty sure im not agreeing to dismiss my case and will be retaining new counsel. What morons I choose!
