So I got hit on in the grocery store today for the first time in my life. I was standing in the wine section(Looking for a bottle of red) as I often do, when a woman approached me. The conversation went like this. Woman: I couldnt help but notice you were single Me: How do you know I am single? Woman: Because you are buying wine, dog treats and macaroni and cheese. Me: Well, you are wrong. I am going to the dog park later for a party, and I have to bring a covered dish. Woman: Really? Me: Nope ( Then I giggled nervously because forward women scare me) After a couple of minutes of small talk, she asks me for my number. I give it to her, and she puts it in her phone and calls me (really hard to give wrong numbers in todays society). She then says a pretty smooth line to end the conversation. Woman: Now you have my number. Call me and I will help you cook the next time you have to go to a dog park party, because technically Mac and cheese isnt a covered dish.
