So I got my vacuum out to start cleaning. Decided to clean the filter first. Then I noticed that the thing-a-ma-jig was pretty dirty, along with the little round whatchamacallits. Sooo....after taking it apart (more than one should take a vacuum apart for cleaning), wiping, tapping, shaking and blowing it out...as well as giving the turny brush thingy a haircut (thank you, Megan Bednorz and Lucía Blanco Blanco) I finally got it put back together properly and it still works! YAY!!
