So I got the number 11. Heres 11 things you may not know about me... 1. Ever since I had my first child 22 years ago, Ive been afraid of being left alone with a baby or small child. There is so much that could happen. 2. During the summer of my 4th grade year, my life changed forever. Our house burned to the ground. My family of 6 lived in a potato chip truck converted to a camper for the summer. And during that time, I was shot in my right eye with a BB Gun. Im blind in my right eye even with 5 surgeries. 3. I stutter and have ever since #2 happened. 4. I dont enjoy wearing blue jeans. They are not comfortable to me! 5. I dont like my fingernails being painted because I can never get them done to suit me. 6. My ears were pierced in college with my best friend, Wendy. She died at the age of 33 from breast cancer. I regret that I didnt stay in touch with her. I let 3 months go by and sent her a Christmas card and her husband sent me a card back telling me she had passed away in November. Talk about a day Ill never forget. 7. My husband and I were singing Jesus loves me when his mother passed away at her home from cervical cancer. Ill never forget that day either. 8. When I was 30, I found out I was adopted while I was at the eye doctor. I met my real biological father and he wanted nothing to do with me. That is his loss. But a day Ill never forget. 9. I was baptized on Friday the 13th and learned how to drive a stick shift when I was 16 on a Friday the 13th. 10. My dad had nicknames for me, my 2 sisters and my brother. I swore Id never give nicknames to my children. Thats why their names are simple-Will and Amy. My nickname was Bill! and Billy Goat and Birdlegs.... AND 11. Last- I saved the best for last- I married when I was 19. Rick was 29. We have been married for over 25 years! And Im not close with my family because of that but I wouldnt change a thing!
