So I had a champion idea, any constructive criticism is appreciated! Telaro, Master of the Elements Category: Mage Passive: Whenever an enemy champion is damaged by Telaro, he gains a stack of Power. At 10 stacks, his next non-ultimate ability will deal true damage. Telaro does not gain multiple stacks for damage over time abilities. Q: Searing Blaze 50/60/70/80/90 Mana Telaro sends a blast of fire in a line, dealing damage to all enemies. This burns the enemies, dealing an extra 10% of damage dealt over 3 seconds. Deals bonus damage if target is frozen. W: Freezing Circle 100 Mana at all ranks Telaro conjures a circle at target location that freezes all enemies hit, rooting them in place for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, and deals damage. E: Earthshatter 70/75/80/85/90 Mana Telaro shatters the earth under his target, dealing a large amount of damage. Earthshatter deals 25% extra damage if the target is burning or frozen. R: STORM!!! 120 Mana at all ranks Telaro conjures a thunderstorm at target location after a short delay, dealing damage to all enemies in the area. Enemies that walk out of the storm are still hit by lightning bolts, dealing 50% damage.
