So, I had a chat with someone this morning about struggling to reach their weight loss results, after a brief discussions I was able to uncover the following: - poor sleeping patterns - poor knowledge of "dieting" as have been yo-yo dieting. - exercising too much for the amount of food they are eating. - completing ineffective exercise programmes and spending WAY too much time in the gym. - unrealistic expectations setting them up to fail. This is what I got from a conversation that lasted only a few minutes. I bet there is hundreds of people out there in the same situation. If I was to run a training day that cleared up all these myths and left you know how to concour your weight loss problems would you be interested in attending?
