So, I had a dream last night that has stayed with me all day. I was with a family--a mother and some children (teenagers I think). The womans father was gravely ill and wanting to die. She wanted to let him die, but didnt have a way to do that. The man told me about his gun and begged me to shoot him. I did, in his head. He still did not die but went into a deep coma and seemed at peace. Then we still had to wait for him to die. Then all of a sudden I realized that I would be going to prison for shooting him, even though he was dying. I felt fear and some regret, and at the same time still felt I had done what the man asked me to do. I woke up fearful and anxious and wondering what in the heck that was all about. Cornell or anyone else--any thoughts?
