So I had an interview for a call centre yesterday, and it went pretty well tbh! Today I got the 2nd part of the interview, the phone interview, and mid-way through the interviewer was like Kyle Im gonna cut the interview short, awh shit son I didnt get it, NAAAAAH! Instead I was offered the job as a trainer, I have to attend an interview for it, but his gut feeling is Im perfect for it & if worst comes to worst Ill be a call centre agent, which Im over the moon with. So theres a high chance Ill be a trainer at a call centre! In my own little world, I like to see it as, I got a promotion before I even started ;) 120 call centre agents are being hired, and only 1 trainer, I got offered that job. Thank God I have a job now, regardless of the negative image call centres have, Im excited!
