So, I had ordered a novel on Flipkart which wasnt delivered to me on time. I was quite ticked off at the fact that they didnt keep me informed regarding the delay in the delivery especially when the tracking order showed that the novel had already been shipped to their warehouse. A week after the delivery date, I sent the customer service an email stating my disappointment in their quality of service. The novel finally got delivered to me a week after I sent them the email. Last Wednesday, I was quite surprised to see an email from Flipkart which stated that they had credited Rs.200 to my Flipkart account and on Friday the Flipkart team sent me another email telling me that they had again credited my account with Rs.300 more to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Despite what people say, Flipkart has really got the entire concept of customer satisfaction nailed down. I am really impressed and glad that they take these issues seriously and try their level best to satisfy their customers. Dear #Flipkart, A big thumbs up to youll. You guys made my week! :D
